Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 200 g sweet cream
- 200 ml milk
- 2 packs of processed cheese with herbs
- 400 g frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook spaghetti as usual. Sauté the frozen vegetables and finely chopped garlic for one minute. Add the cream, milk, and processed cheese, and season with a little broth. Cook the sauce until the cheese has melted. Tastes just like the cream sauce from my Italian restaurant.
