Spaghetti with white wine tuna sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 bulb(s) of onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • a few stalks of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside to drain. Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop both. Wash the parsley and finely chop it. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent, and deglaze with the white wine. Simmer for 3 minutes, then add the cream and drained tuna. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Transfer the spaghetti to a plate and spoon the sauce over the spaghetti.
