Spaghetti with yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp mint, dried
  • 40 g butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual until al dente and drain. Mix the yogurt with a little water, add the squeezed garlic cloves and mint, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Then mix the yogurt sauce with the spaghetti, drizzle with melted butter, and serve immediately on warmed plates.
