Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 slices of toast or white bread
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pack of processed cheese (onion flavor)
- 4 olives
- 1 tsp paprika powder, mild
- 1 Thyme
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Soak the crustless bread in milk, squeeze out excess moisture, then combine with the egg and cream cheese. Add the minced meat and sliced olives, mix well, and season the meat mixture with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into a loaf, place it on oiled aluminum foil, and top with tomato and onion slices. Fold the foil up at the edges. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
