Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 slices of toast or white bread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pack of processed cheese (onion flavor)
  • 4 olives
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, mild
  • 1 Thyme
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Soak the crustless bread in milk, squeeze out excess moisture, then combine with the egg and cream cheese. Add the minced meat and sliced ​​olives, mix well, and season the meat mixture with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into a loaf, place it on oiled aluminum foil, and top with tomato and onion slices. Fold the foil up at the edges. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
