Spanish Pies

The perfect spanish pies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Vegetable mix cooked
  • 30 g Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley crispy fresh
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Pc. Puff pastry pies large
  1. Preheat the oven to 120 ° C. Heat the butter in a pan, sauté the vegetables in it. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Peel and finely chop the eggs. Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley.
  3. Mix the creme fraiche with the olive oil, eggs and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the lids of the pies out of the 4 pies with a sharp knife. Pour the vegetables into the pies and pour the creme fraiche mixture over them, put the lid back on. Bake everything in the oven on the middle shelf for about 10 minutes. And serve hot.
