Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Butter
  • 250 g Wheat biscuits
  • 600 g Cream cheese
  • 50 Milliliters Crema Catalana liqueur
  • 100 Milliliters Powdered sugar
  • 300 Milliliters Cream
  • 75 g Chocolate
  • 100 g Spanish turrón of chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter on a low heat and add the already crushed wheat biscuits. Stir everything well until the wheat biscuits have absorbed the butter. Then distribute the biscuit mixture on the small glasses and press into the glasses. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • For the filling, mix the cheese, powdered sugar and Crema Catalana liqueur in a key. Fold in the stiff cream and mix in the grated chocolate and turrón.
  • Finally, distribute the cream on the chilled glasses and let everything cool in the refrigerator for two hours. Before serving, you can decorate each glass with a little grated turrón.
