Spanish-style potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 potatoes, boiled
  • 1 egg(s), boiled
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • some vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Slice the potatoes. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Dice the eggs, not too finely. Chop the capers. Place everything in a bowl and season with vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add the oil to a small pan and brown the garlic cloves. Remove the cloves and pour the cooled oil over the prepared ingredients. Carefully fold in the oil and let the salad marinate well.
