Spanish Toast

The perfect spanish toast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Thick slices of farmer’s bread
  • 4 Slices of Cerano ham or other raw ham
  • 4 Slices of Camenbert
  • 2 Peach halves (can)
  • 20 g Lamb’S lettuce or rocket salad
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 Vine tomatoes
  • 2 Radish
  • 2 tbsp Roasted onions
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Cremona Blanco balsamic vinegar
  1. Toast the two slices of farmer’s bread vigorously, place them on 2 plates and drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over each. Clean the lamb’s lettuce, wash it, squeeze it out and spread it on the bread slices. Cut the peach halves into wedges. Place / distribute 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of camenbert and the peach wedges on top of each. Halve the vine tomatoes and place on the plates with the decoratively cut radishes. Finally sprinkle with the fried onions and serve drizzled on the two balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp each).
