Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup lemonade (e.g. Fanta, Sprite or similar)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mug cake with lemonade

Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium-high speed until creamy. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth it out. Bake in an electric oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. After the specified baking time, check with a wooden skewer whether the cake is baked through. After baking, you can add a glaze of your choice, e.g., lemon or dark or white chocolate glaze. When it comes to garnishing, there are no limits to your imagination. Ideal for children’s birthdays.
