Spätzle with ham and zucchini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.18 liters of water
  • Salt
  • salt water
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g ham
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the spaetzle dough, mix the flour, eggs, water, and salt into a dough. Let rest for about 30 minutes. Using a spaetzle grater, scrape the dough into plenty of salted water, bring to a boil briefly, and drain. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and sauté briefly in 1 tablespoon of oil. Cut the ham into small cubes and add. Cut the zucchini into sticks and add as well. Sauté everything briefly. Pour in a little water and add the sour cream. Now stir in the spaetzle and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
