  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 200 g shiitake mushroom(s)
  • 200 g porcini mushrooms
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some parsley, chopped

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Heat the butter in a pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Add the cleaned and sliced ​​mushrooms. Sauté over medium heat until the mushrooms have taken on some color. Pour in the cream and simmer on low heat. Meanwhile, cook the spaetzle according to the package instructions. If you like, you can also briefly fry them in butter afterward. Season the cooked mushrooms with salt, pepper, and parsley and serve together.
