Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g seafood
- 50 g dried tomatoes
- 10 olives
- Thyme
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 handful of arugula
- 150 g pasta, any
- 1 handful of basil
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Noodles with seafood
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely slice the garlic and chili pepper and sauté in olive oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Chop the olives, tomatoes, and thyme and add them. Increase the heat to high, add the seafood, and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add a generous amount of olive oil and season with lemon juice. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the arugula and basil and serve.
