Spelt noodle salad with yogurt and honey dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 small carrots
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 gherkins, mini
  • 6 slice(s) cucumber(s)
  • 50 g spelt pasta
  • 5 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chives, dried
  • 1 tsp blossom honey
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 shot of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Peel and slice the carrots. Dice the cherry tomatoes, gherkins, and cucumbers. Cook the spelt pasta for about 8 minutes. Combine the yogurt, dried chives, honey, cayenne pepper, and a dash of water in a shaker and shake well. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, pour over the dressing, stir, and serve.
