Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g spelt, milled or crushed
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Ideal side dish to salad or vegetables

Let the spelt soak in the water for at least 2 hours. Then mix all the remaining ingredients into the spelt. Use enough breadcrumbs to form a firm dough. Press the dough into small flatbreads directly in the pan and fry in oil for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
