Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 6 drops of rum flavoring
- 2 pinches of gingerbread spice
- 250 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 jar jam (cherry)
- Cocoa powder (sugar-reduced drinking chocolate)

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours
filled with jam, but also taste good without, not so sweet, for 30 pieces
Make a shortcrust pastry with butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, rum flavoring, gingerbread spice, flour, and cocoa powder. Chill for at least one hour. Then roll out and cut out cookies/circles. Bake at 160°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Once cooled, spread one cookie with cherry jam and place a second cookie on top. Finally, sprinkle with hot chocolate powder.
