  • 150 g Sun-Dried tomatoes

  • 10 g Dried mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  1. Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into thin quarter rings and thinly slice the garlic. Cut the bell pepper from the underside into fine rings.
  2. Place everything on a baking sheet and dry at 80 ° C with the oven door open for about 4 hours. Add the dried tomatoes for the last hour.
