Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g butter
- 400 g sugar
- 1 kg flour
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 4 pinches of clove powder
- 4 pinches of mace, grated
- 4 pinches of cardamom powder

Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and spices thoroughly and knead with the remaining ingredients to form a dough. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, process the dough in a meat grinder fitted with a cookie cutter attachment until you have shortbread cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes on the middle rack.
