Spicy Baked Potatoes with Garlic Aioli

The perfect spicy baked potatoes with garlic aioli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Medium-Sized potatoes (here: 8)
  • 8 Bay leaves
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 6 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 cups Aioli with garlic 200 ml
  • 2 sharpen Basil for garnish
  1. Carefully clean / wash the potatoes (here with a new scouring sponge!), Cut open 3/4 lengthways and insert a bay leaf into each one. Place the potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil (6 tbsp), season with coarse sea salt from the mill (6 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (6 big pinches). Cut the lemon half into pieces and add to the potatoes. Bake / bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 55 – 60 minutes. Remove the bay leaves. Serve the spicy potatoes with the garlic aioli and garnished with basil.
