Scallops
The perfect scallops recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Fresh scallops
- 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 Shallot
- 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
- Balsamic Cream
- Salt pepper
- Fresh rosemary
- 2 size Garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Cayenne pepper
- Wash the scallops and dry them well. In a pan with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter, fry the rosemary sprigs and whole garlic cloves for about 1 minute on each side. Season with a little sea salt, fresh pepper and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Wash and dry the lamb’s lettuce and mix with the finely diced shallot and the quartered cocktail tomatoes in a bowl. Season with a simple dressing made from sea salt, fresh pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil. Place the salad on 2 plates, spread the balsamic cream over them and decorate with 3 scallops each.
