Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of white beans
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 class can/n tomato(s) , (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 4 sausages, Mettwurst, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 bay leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the onions in butter. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the potatoes and add them to the onions. Deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer for another 10 minutes, then season to taste. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread.
