Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 jar beans, white
  • 1 can beans (chili beans)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 small chili peppers, dried
  • 1 pt. Cabanossi (Mini Cabanossi)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Recipe for the Tupperware MicroCook, 2.25 liters

Drain the white beans and corn and place them in the MicroCook (or another microwave-safe container). Add the chili beans (with the liquid). Halve the Cabanossi and tomatoes and add them as well. Mix everything well. Pour over the passata and season with salt, pepper, and chilies. Microwave at 600 watts for about 12 minutes. Stir once halfway through.
