Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g beef, cooked, lean
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 gherkins
  • Tomato paste
  • Mustard
  • Tomato ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • chili powder
  • n. B. cucumber water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

simple and yet more than delicious

Dice the meat, onion, and cucumbers and place them in a salad bowl. Mix the tomato paste, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper into a smooth sauce. Season to taste with chili powder, sugar, and a little pickle juice, if desired. Pour this sauce over the meat, onion, and cucumber mixture and stir well. Let it sit for at least two hours (do not refrigerate). Serve with brown bread.
