Spicy Beef Salad
The perfect spicy beef salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 650 g Mayor’S piece
- 0,5 l Water
- 1 Onion
- 1 package Soup greens
- Salt
- 7 tbsp Oil
- 10 tbsp Cream
- 4 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tbsp Tomato paste
- 3 tbsp Mustard
- White milled pepper
- 4 Gherkins
- 160 g Tomato peppers on strips
- 1 Big red onion
- 1 Tomato
- Place the meat in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Peel and halve the onion and add. Clean and add the soup greens. Salt. Simmer the medium temperature for about 45 minutes. Then remove the meat, let it cool and cut into fine cubes.
- In the meantime, mix a salad dressing from oil, cream, lemon juice, tomato paste and mustard. Season to taste with ground pepper and salt. Cut the pickles from cubes and add to the sauce with the tomato pepper strips. Cut the red onion into strips and add. Now add the cooled beef and mix the salad well and let it steep.
- Now arrange the salad on a plate, garnish with the eighthed tomato and serve.
