Ingredients
- 2 Broccoli
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 Potato
- 1 Splash of milk
- Vegetable broth, chilli, pepper, herbs) -salt
- If necessary, add 2 strips of smoked salmon
Instructions
- Super delicious broccoli soup! Cut the broccoli and potatoes while the water (about 1 liter) and add 2 teaspoons of vegetable stock.
- Let the broccoli and potatoes boil in the water for 10 minutes. Take out a few florets (so that you have a few pieces to bite in later) Now cook for 5 more minutes and (if you want it) cut the smoked salmon.
- Next, puree the broccoli in a saucepan. Then just season it and pour in the cream + milk. Finally, the broccoli pieces are added and the soup is ready! When serving on the plates, you can put the salmon strips on top, enjoy your meal! 🙂
