Spicy Burger

The perfect spicy burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Minced beef
  • 2 Pc. Sesame rolls
  • 1 Red onion
  • 4 Discs Cheese (any)
  • Lettuce leaves as needed
  • Black olives
  • 1 tbsp Curry chilli ketchup
  • Hot sauce the retribution
  1. Season the minced meat with a few drops of hot sauce and then shape it into Laberl. Peel the red onion and cut into rings. Halve the sesame roll and wash the lettuce leaves. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion and minced meatballs in it. Also briefly toast the bread roll with the cut surfaces in the pan. Now put some ketchup and a leaf of lettuce on the bottom of the roll. Then a label, red onion, an olive and cheese. This is how it is layered until the labels, onions, cheese and olives are used up. Finally, the retribution of the burger is completed with a few drops of hot sauce and the lid is on.
