Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 head of white cabbage
- 5 carrots
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 3 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- Thyme
- oregano
- Lemongrass
- rosemary
- sage
- some chili oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
So the cabbage soup diet won’t be boring
Wash and chop the vegetables. Sauté the onions and garlic in chili oil. Slowly add the leeks, carrots, and white cabbage. After they have sautéed a little, deglaze with the vegetable stock. Stir in the ginger and spices. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally and taste, adding more seasoning if desired.
