Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 bell peppers, colorful, yellow
- 100 ml tomato ketchup, hot if desired
- 50 ml mustard, hot
- 100 ml tomato paste
- Tabasco or chili powder
- Sambal Oelek
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
for fondue or grilling
Finely chop the bell pepper and onion and mix with the other ingredients. Then let it sit for a few hours. I always make a sauce carousel in different colors for fondue/barbecue: curry pineapple sauce (dark yellow), egg sauce (yellow), cucumber dill sauce (greenish), paprika sauce (red), garlic sauce (white), cocktail sauce (orange/pink).
