Melon – Tomato – Salsa

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g melon(s) (Galia)
  • 400 g beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 bunch coriander greens, chopped
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the melon and dice the flesh. Deseed the tomatoes and dice them as well. Mix the lemon juice with finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Pour the marinade over the melon and tomato cubes and gently stir in the chopped cilantro. This fruity salsa goes well with grilled fish and poultry.
