Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 radishes
  • 2 spring onions
  • ½ m.-sized onion(s)
  • ½ garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g silken tofu
  • 3 tomatoes, dried
  • ½ lime(s) or lemon, the juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dip, spread, wrap cream, simple and vegan

Chop all ingredients, if necessary, slightly, then place them in a small blender or bowl and blend with a blender or hand blender until creamy. Season to taste, if necessary.
