Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • 1 small onion(s), very finely chopped
  • 1 gherkin(s), very finely chopped
  • 1 egg(s), almost hard-boiled, finely diced
  • 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • some cucumber juice, if needed for seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the egg for 3-5 minutes, depending on its size, until almost hard-boiled. Chop and dice all ingredients. Once all ingredients are prepared, place everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add seasonings to taste. Be sure to chill the sauce before serving.
