Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g beef or pork goulash or mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red and/or green
- 3 carrots
- 2 handfuls of mushrooms
- 1 pack of KNORR Naturally Delicious! Spicy Goulash (seasoning base)
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
with spice base
Clean the vegetables, peel if necessary, and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the meat in batches. Add the vegetables and cook briefly. Prepare the seasoning base according to the instructions, then add it to the meat and stir. Reduce the heat to low and let the goulash simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally if necessary. Serve with dumplings and red cabbage.
