Spicy, Great-carrot-potato Cakes

The perfect spicy, great-carrot-potato cakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 rest Stampf see my KB: http://www./rezept/480887/Wuerziger-Ur-Moehren-Kartoffelstampf.html
  • 2 piece Egg
  • 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 3 drops Chili oil see my KB: http://www./rezept/394544/Scharfes-OEl.html
  • 1 some Butter
  • 1 some Flour
  1. Add the eggs, breadcrumbs and chilli oil to the mash.
  2. Mix the mixture well and form cakes out of it.
  3. Flour the cakes and fry them in butter (be careful not too hot so that they don’t burn) until crispy on both sides. As you can see in the second picture, this cake has a little more toasty aromas. That is what is wanted. This little cake is for me. I am into roasted aromas.
  4. We had a pork fillet goulash as a side dish for the spicy cakes.
