Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 12 sausages (boiled sausages)
  • 12 buns (hot dog buns)
  • 200 g lettuce (cucumber salad)
  • 12 tbsp ketchup
  • 12 tsp mustard
  • 12 tsp tartar sauce
  • 50 g onion(s) (fried onions)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the sausages in water. Briefly toast the rolls and cut them lengthwise—but don’t cut all the way through; the back part must still be intact. Add one sausage to each roll, along with the cucumber salad, ketchup, mustard, remoulade sauce, and fried onions.
