Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ salted lemon(s) e.g. according to the recipe from Ninifairy
- 1 tbsp juice from the salt lemons, preferably without oil
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp curry paste, yellow or red
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Exotic
Remove the lemon flesh and finely chop the zest. Finely chop or press the garlic and fry briefly in oil. Mix the minced meat with the lemon zest, garlic, egg, curry paste, and lemon juice, and form into small meatballs. Heat the oil again in a pan and fry the meatballs until nicely browned on all sides. The meatballs are delicious hot, perhaps with a cool yogurt sauce and salad, but also cold.
