Spicy Marinated Grilled Meat Skewers with Pasta Salad

The perfect spicy marinated grilled meat skewers with pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Grilled food

  • 4 piece Pork fillet skewers freshly prepared by the butcher I trust
  • 4 piece Gyros skewers freshly prepared by the butcher I trust

marinade

  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 2 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Forest honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Cayenne powder
  • 0,5 tsp Tabasco
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper
  • 1 pinch Coarse sea salt

Pasta salad

  • 500 g Pasta aldente cooked in salted water
  • 250 g Meat salad freshly made by the butcher I trust
  • 2 piece Cucumbers freshly chopped young from our own cultivation
  • 250 g Carrot and peas from our own frozen garden store
  • 1 Handful Seasonal herbs from our own garden
  • 2 tbsp Coarse, medium-hot mustard
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable broth from our own production
  • 3 El Cold-Pressed sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 6 piece Fresh small tomatoes from our own cultivation eighth as a decoration to eat with
  • 4 piece Hard-Boiled eggs cut into small pieces
  1. 1st skewers: Mix the marinade ingredients. Brush the skewers with it, vacuum seal and place in the fridge overnight.
  2. Take out of the fridge, let it reach room temperature and then grill it all around until crispy.
  3. Pasta salad: Mix all ingredients (except for the tomatoes) with the pasta and let everything soak for about 4 hours.
  4. Now season with vegetable broth, who also likes pepper / cayenne pepper. Garnish with the tomatoes and enjoy with the grilled meat skewers.
