- 500 g pasta (trulli)
- 1 jar Ajvar, mild
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 1 pack of frozen Italian vegetables

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Slice the leek and thinly slice the eggplant. Prepare the frozen vegetables in a saucepan according to the package instructions. Add the eggplant and leek and cook, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and mix with the vegetables. Finally, add the ajvar, mix everything thoroughly, and serve. Delicious with meatballs, for example.
