Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp Maggi
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Clean, wash, and slice the spring onions. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and sauté both. Peel the garlic clove, add it, and sauté briefly. Season with Maggi. Add 150 ml of cream, bring to a boil, and reduce slightly over medium heat. Serve sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Serve with tagliatelle or bread dumplings.
