Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2,000 g nectarine(s)
  • 2,000 g gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 pinch of clove(s), ground
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the fruit, drain, cut into pieces, and blend in a blender until smooth. Combine in a saucepan with the preserving sugar and vanilla seeds, stir in, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for 5-8 minutes. Test for settling. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the spices, and pour the jam into prepared jars while still hot and seal tightly.
