Papaya – Strawberry – Jam

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 700 g papaya
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:12
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the papaya, remove the seeds, peel, weigh, and cut into small cubes. Puree the strawberries. Mix the fruit with the preserving sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes while stirring. Pour into jars while still hot and seal immediately.
