Spicy noodle and pepper stir-fry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • e.g. broth, instant, or stock cubes
  • Water
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

super quick, easy and delicious

Cook the pasta in salted water, drain, and set aside. Chop the onion, bell pepper, garlic, ham, and carrot into small pieces. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil. Add the ham, bell pepper, and carrot and saute briefly. Deglaze with a little water and seasoning. Then simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Finally, stir in the sour cream and add the pasta to the pot. Season to taste.
