Kathrin's noodles with minced meat and ketchup sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half or minced beef
  • 2 m.-large peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 500g rigatoni
  • 1 small bottle(s) of ketchup
  • 1 small bottle(s) of curry ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Fry the ground beef in a pan in a little oil until crumbly. Stir in the diced onion, diced bell peppers, and chopped or crushed garlic and sauté for about 10 minutes. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Stir ketchup and curry ketchup into the ground beef mixture as desired. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the cooked pasta with the ground beef mixture and serve.
