Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g potatoes
- 300 g broccoli
- 300 g mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 m.-large cauliflower
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp ajvar
- salt and pepper
- chili sauce
- 200 g cheese, grated

Cut the potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers, cauliflower, garlic, and onion into thin slices or small pieces (the smaller the slices, the faster it goes). Place the vegetables in a bowl, add the olive oil, chili sauce, ajvar, salt, pepper, and rosemary, and stir in. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and then place the vegetables on the foil. Sprinkle the vegetables with cheese. Place the tray in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Serve with sausages, steak, tofu, or even just herb curd, ketchup, or dip.
