Gnocchi with mushrooms and herbs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 3 tsp mixed herbs, frozen
  • ½ tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 30 g Emmental cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Cook the gnocchi in a sufficiently large pot in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside. Meanwhile, melt the margarine in another pot and sauté the herbs and thyme in it. Drain the mushrooms, add them to the herb mixture, and sauté. Season with salt and pepper. Now add the drained gnocchi and carefully mix everything together. Place on the hot stovetop and mix everything with the grated Emmental cheese. Season to taste and add more salt and pepper if desired.
