Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1 can mushrooms, whole heads
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 3 tbsp peas, extra fine
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 class jar Miracel Whip Balance
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • n. B. Meat (chicken), fried
  • 3 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp chili-garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Season with curry, chili and garlic powder, and salt. Add finely chopped onion and eggs. Gradually stir in all the other ingredients (I personally cut the mushrooms in half) and stir gently. Add sliced ​​bananas at the very end to prevent them from mashing. It also tastes great with apples, mandarins, etc. Delicious with grilled food.
