Spicy pepper soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 3 small potatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • salt and pepper
  • some chili powder
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1 shot of Cremefine 7% for cooking

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Clean and deseed the bell peppers, and dice them roughly. Peel the potatoes and onions and dice them as well. Bring the vegetable stock to a boil. Add the diced bell peppers, potatoes, and onions. Season with curry powder, turmeric, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and puree. Stir in the Cremefine and garnish with chives.
