Spicy Potato Slices from Oven

The perfect spicy potato slices from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Waxy potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 tsp Espelette pepper
  • Sea-Salt
  1. Put the olive oil in a bowl. Add paprika, Espelette pepper and sea salt and stir well. Peel the potatoes and cut into 3 – 4 mm thick slices and mix everything very well.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the potato slices on top and bake everything on the middle rack for about 30 – 35 minutes.
