Spicy Potato Slices from Oven

- 300 g Waxy potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tsp Espelette pepper
- Sea-Salt
- Put the olive oil in a bowl. Add paprika, Espelette pepper and sea salt and stir well. Peel the potatoes and cut into 3 – 4 mm thick slices and mix everything very well.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the potato slices on top and bake everything on the middle rack for about 30 – 35 minutes.
