Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup basmati
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 3 tbsp ketchup (salsa ketchup)
- 1 tsp butter
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the rice with salt and two cups of water. Add more water if necessary. This takes about 15–20 minutes. Mix the cooked rice with the butter, avjar, and salsa ketchup and serve. Delicious with pan-fried meat.
