fresh and fiery

Finely chop or grate the garlic. Mix with sambal oelek, sea salt, and olive oil. If you don’t like it too spicy, you can of course reduce the sambal oelek. Mix with the shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour. In the meantime, wash, deseed, and finely chop the cucumber. Finely chop the tomatoes, feta, radishes, spring onions, chives, and red onion and mix in a bowl. Optionally, add a small splash of olive oil. Add the shrimp to a non-stick pan without any additional oil and fry until pink and the excess liquid has reduced. Serve on deep plates.
