Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 200 g shrimp(s)
- 3 leaves of romaine lettuce
- some lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- some olive oil
- some herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the mango and avocado, then dice them. Briefly fry the shrimp. Cut the mozzarella and lettuce into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Finally, combine a little olive oil with herb salt and lemon juice. Gently mix everything together.
