Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 400 g mushrooms, brown
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 5 tsp herbs de Provence, frozen
- 200 g couscous
- 70 ml cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 jar white wine
- 200 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Dice the meat and brown it well in a pan. Dice the onions and garlic and add it to the meat. Clean and slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Sauté the mushrooms briefly so they don’t get too soft. Season everything thoroughly with the spice mix. Add the water, cream, and white wine and bring to a boil. Finally, slice the spring onions and add them. Stir the couscous into boiling water according to the package instructions and remove from the heat. Stir in the butter and stir until the couscous has absorbed all the water.
